Your Position:

Your position

You are responsible for the management of two major projects for our unit:

  • On one side, the development and continuous improvement programs for one range of products : the front loader

  • On the other side, the introduction of a new assembly project

Your main goal for each project is to ensure the realisation of the project, in respects of costs, deadlines, and quality.

You therefore are responsible of the following:

  • Define and govern the project schedule: identify critical milestones and make sure the schedule is maintained. Anticipate delays and their mitigation.

  • Set up and monitor project metrics

  • Make sure the product cost and budget stay within targets

  • Regularly report out to leadership

  • Manage the multidisciplinary core team

  • Coordinate activities and resources

  • Develop and execute actions plans to anticipate and resolve problems

  • Support continuous improvement activities

Your profile

  • Engineering degree or similar

  • Experience in project management

  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

  • Ability to analyze and effectively recapitulate

  • Translate the companys requirements into technical solutions

  • Good communication skills and ability to lead without authority, to negotiate and solve conflicts

  • Able to create a trustful and stable relationship with internal and external contacts and collaborators

  • Very good English, written and spoken

  • For non-native French speakers: solid French basics with the willingness to learn fast

  • Knowledge of German would help
