Function: Marketing / Sales
Title: Territory Aftermarket Sales Manager - 58035
As a Territory Aftermarket Sales Manager for John Deere Parts, you will be responsible for achieving set direct sales targets in Louisiana. In addition, you will:
Work closely with customers to sell aftermarket agricultural and turf replacement parts
Provide Market and Competitive Intelligence
Train dealers/customers on use of systems, processes, and products
Assist in Entry/Exit activities for dealers/customers
Record activities in Customer Relations Management System

What Skills You Need
Effective communication skills, oral, written, and listening
Experience in problem resolution
Experience using negotiating skills
Residence in territory
1 or more years successful Field sales and/or product support experience
Experience with responding to competitive situations
Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer programs
Willingness and availability for overnight to travel up to 50%
Valid vehicle operator license for the state in which you currently reside
What Makes You Stand Out
Knowledge of the Agriculture and Turf industry
Agriculture and Turf industry parts product knowledge
Territory sales route or training experience
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or equivalent discipline
