What You’ll Do

The general task of Training Coordinator is to provide service for units of John Deere and maintaining good relations with business partners.

In addition, you will:

  • Organizing trainings for dealers, customers and employees in Region 2

  • Coordinating the end-to-end learning/training programs in line with planned budget, resources and timeline

  • Participating in gathering training needs from the business and employees

  • Support field dealers and managers with training queries and training administration in internal system

  • Cooperating with internal and external providers and trainers

  • Responsible for classroom/training event administration (taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations)

We need an excellent communicator in English, who thrives on solving problems and working in an international team environment.

Required skills:

  • Administrative or Technical or University Degree

  • Administrative experience e.g. planning activities in company

  • Good English written & spoken

  • Team player, positive attitude

  • IT affinity, readiness to learn

  • Solution-oriented way of working

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint

Major Purpose

As directed, works on jobs and projects to assist in developing business initiatives that meet the requirements of customers, channel partners, and stakeholders. These may be tactical projects, or work efforts, that assist in the analysis, marketing, measurement, and support of the larger business initiatives. Executes these tasks with general supervision.

Major Duties

  • Works with business partners on assigned projects to help coordinate the implementation plans for business initiatives - including marketing, measurement and support tactics.

  • Collaborates, as directed, with business partners to gather, define and document business requirements to help understand customers, channel partners, or stakeholders needs.

  • Performs assigned needs analysis projects that help define appropriate solutions to meet customer, channel partner or stakeholder needs.

  • Provides business partners, team members and supervisor appropriate feedback and communications relative to progress on assigned projects and work tasks.

  • Stays abreast of industry best practices and innovations related to technology and business processes to leverage business solutions.

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Knowledge of dealers and other channels.

General business knowledge with an understanding of the various divisions of the company.

Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.

Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility.

Broad based business, sales and marketing skills.
