Title: 61304- Senior Area Collection Manager - 61304

Your Position:

Your Responsibilities:

1.Performs collection duties for customer accounts (which could be small, large, moderate and complex), including telephone collections of past due accounts, account authorization, customer account management and coordination repossessions and litigation. Major job responsibilities:

  1. Collects past due accounts and uses telephone negotiation techniques to maintain the customer relationship.

  2. Make hard decision on different collection techniques to be taken based on severity and potential risk of delinquent accounts.

  3. Address high risk delinquent accounts by leveraging own experience, knowledge and sense in machine industry and financing business.

  4. Continuously build up and maintain dealer relationship to keep healthy portfolio for JDF's long term growth and pursue win-win target.

  5. Coordinates the repossession of equipment with Area Sales Managers, dealers or repossession vendor service company. Manages the sale of repossessed equipment in conjunction with dealers and auction houses.

  6. Refers and coordinates the legal administration of customer accounts in the litigation process.

  7. Coach, guide and influence less experienced peers at this stage and manage subordinates in the future.

What Skill You Need:

  1. Knowledge of collection tools and techniques, deferral policies, legal restrictions and contract terms and Company policies and procedures. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

  2. Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

  3. Knowledge of agriculture industry. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

  4. Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)-Revised Article 9 or equivalent legislation. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

  5. Skill in planning and organizing. - Yes Credit underwriting experience. - 4 - 7 years

  6. Credit acceptance or related experience. - 4 - 7 years

  7. Product/market specific processing experience. - 4 - 7 years

  8. Collections or customer service experience. - 4 - 7 years ;

EDUCATION:

1.Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

2.Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
