Function: Administrative / Clerical
Title: Facility Coordinator - 73363
As a Facility Coordinator for John Deere Regional Distribution Center (RDC) located in Dallas, TX, you will be responsible for all daily activities including coordinating with suppliers, employees, and dealers in a variety of functions and tasks. In addition, you will:
Complete monthly/annual reporting
Coordinate various RDC programs such as the Shop Program and the JD store employee recognition program
Serve as the backup to inventory analyst
Support WI and worker’s comp
Assist with special projects within the facility
Act as the records coordinator for document retention
Process actions for employees and assist with hiring

What Skills You Need
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both salary and wage personnel
2 or more years Customer Service experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential data
What Makes You Stand Out
2 or more years Accounting experience
Knowledge of warehouse distribution systems, parts terminology, inventory procedures
Experience within an Operations environment
Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules
Knowledge of Accounts Payable Shared System (APSS)
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or similar discipline
