Your Responsibilities

As an Early Talent Development Program Manager, you will manage and support all aspects of the Development Program including recruiting activities, administration of rotational assignments, ongoing employee development, and administration of policies and procedures pertaining to the programs. This position supports the Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Legal functions. Job responsibilities include:

  • Partner with functional leadership or functional talent council to define and execute the rotations that support the development of the early talent pipeline

  • Consult with the business to define and execute a recruiting strategy designed to find high performing talent that align to the competency needs within the function

  • Manage the administrative policies and process(es) for the program

  • Oversee the recruiting process for the program(s) including candidate evaluation, interviews and data integration, and extending offers to identified candidates.

  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs and drive continuous improvement of the programs.

  • Stay current on new approaches to rotational development programs through benchmarking, research and networking to ensure the programs are innovative and best in class.

What Skills You Need

  • 4+ years experience Human Resources or business function

  • 2+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, college recruiting experience a plus.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Strong presentation, data analysis and organizational skills

  • Experience in challenging the status quo, navigating difficult conversations, and communicating at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working in and/or with university relations or recruiting

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in a supervisory position, including coaching and Performance management

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate cross functionally with rotational managers, HR Business partners and functional leaders

  • Experience with HR Systems

  • The ability to challenge the norm, have difficult conversations and communicate at all levels of the organization.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, etc.
