Title: IT Customer Success Implementation Project Coordinator-Remote - 92777

Onsite/Remote: Remote Position

This position is eligbile for remote work at the present time. The arrangment may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT Customer Success Implementation Project Coordinator for Intelligent Solutions Group (Urbandale) located in Urbandale, IA , you will be:

  • Lead consulting efforts to integrate Connected Software Companies (CSCs) with Operations Center

  • Investigate and prioritize CSC needs

  • Be a primary liaison between third party vendors and internal Deere operation

  • Support strategy development on new API products

  • Track and report on API utilization metrics for leadership

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years of technical project coordination experience with a focus on customer success and delivery

  • 2+ years deriving and analyzing insights from data sets

  • Experience supporting, tracking, and reporting new API products

  • Experience with contract management within Information Technology

  • Strong understanding system integration and implementation

  • Strong ability to interface with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders

  • 1+ years working with APIs and data exchange

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Understand technical concepts and recommend implementations to meet end customer needs

  • Experience in contract management


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Degree or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
