As a Manager, Engineering Services for Construction & Forestry located in Dubuque, IA, you will facilitate employee development activities for product engineering. In addition, you will
Unit liaison for Engineering Development Program and Interns
Support business relationship with Engineering Service Providers
Collaborate with Human Resources on Product Engineering Talent Acquisition

What Skills You Need
5+ years of actively participating in salaried employee supervision (hiring, GPMS, mentoring, coaching/development).
5+ years of demonstrated strong collaboration and influence without authority experience.
5+ years of demonstrable experience with product development.
5+ years of demonstrable ability to lead projects across functional boundaries.
What Makes You Stand Out
Demonstrated success in working in ambiguous situations
Experience driving accountability within teams
Demonstrated facilitation skills
Experience recruiting early to mid-career engineering talent
Experience with Engineering Service Providers
Experience with professional development methods/tools
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline
MBA is a plus but not required
