Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
As a Reliability Engineer for the John Deere Dubuque Works division located in Dubuque , IA , you will:
Provide product line performance of key business metrics to senior leadership on a quarterly basis.
Work with multiple functional areas to identify areas of improvement to key business metrics (failures per machine, R&A, durability, etc…).
Identify component durability gaps and improvement opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements to attain goals.
Conduct full product, inherent reliability studies at the initiation of new Product Development Process (PDP) programs.
Support new product development by participating in key Product Delivery Product (PDP) activities.
Participate as a representative of the C&F Division on Enterprise Reliability initiatives.
Work with data sets and perform appropriate analytical methodology to provide insights and decision modeling for the business.

What Skills You Need
Engineering experience in Reliability, Design, Product Verification and Validation (PV&V), and/or Quality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various team members and global stakeholders.
Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.
Tableau, PowerBI, and or Alteryx experience.
Experience organizing and managing multiple concurrent activities.
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience utilizing reliability data analysis techniques in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to innovative and implement new processes.
Experience utilizing SQL, Python, R Shiny or equivalent tools.
Experience with Cloud data lake services.
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technology degree.
