As an Instructional Designer/Developer for Dealer Systems Services located in East Moline, IL you will…
Design, develop and execute training content for dealers supporting the areas of accounting, service and sales.
Perform needs assessments to determine training requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders in assessment of training objectives, outcomes and measurements.
Determine the appropriate instructional design strategy for our Microsoft Dynamics suite of solutions based upon the performance required of the learner.
Transform needs analysis data into learning objectives and create course outlines, assessments and documentation to support the development of curriculum.
Determine and develop the appropriate method and media of training using instructional design and adult learning principles.
Modify content, delivery or environment based upon evaluation findings.

What Skills You Need
1 or more years of training experience
Understanding of activities, their sequence and measurement, and the ability to facilitate implementation of processes and participate in processes
Ability to use various department specific computer programs, including Articulate 360
Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility
Knowledge of various communication skills such as design, editing, photography, audio visual, web, journalism, marketing and advertising
Experience working in a global team environment
What Makes You Stand Out
Familiarity with standard dealer practices in the areas of Service, Sales, Rental, Parts and Accounting
Past IT or business experience with dealer processes and optimizations
Familiarity with the Dealer Channel IT offerings and services (Expert Services, Service Admin Portal, EQUIP, Service Delivery)
Microsoft Dynamics experience
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's Degree; a Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design is a plus
