Title: Part-Time Student - IT WAS - East Moline, IL - 38159
This position will provide additional capacity for Amazon Web Service Administration, and Operations for Global IT Manufacturing Solutions. This position will directly impact the Global IT Quality and Smart Connected Factory initiatives.
Creating and maintaining AWS Solutions in the Cloud including infrastructure and software components.
Designing and Developing API's allowing for integration between our large number of Manufacturing Solutions
Creating and maintaining Manufacturing IT Operations Dashboards
Creating and maintaining Manufacturing IT Operations Monitoring Scenarios
Creating and maintaining Manufacturing IT Operations Alerts
Integrating Manufacturing IT Operations with ITIL Toolset
What It Takes
Basic Understanding of Cloud Computing Concepts
Development Experience Using JAVA and .NET toolsets
Understanding of Data Structures and Databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience working within a team environment
Pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
Graduation date of May 2019 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
A strong candidate will also have
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Database Administration Experience
Mobile Application Development Experience
