The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.
As a Part-Time Student-Quality Competency for John Deere's Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) , you will:
Support large projects by applying project management skills including establishing a project plan, setting milestones, facilitation and communication planning.
Apply problem solving/engineering skills to apply agile solutions.
Gather and analyze quality systems data and identify improvement opportunities.
Adapt, learn and empower others with use of digital tools utilized to improve business processes.
What Skills You Need
Ideally pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Engineering or MIS (Management Information Systems); others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
Graduation date of December 2022 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work during the academic year approximately 16-20 hours
Available to work during the summer semester approximately 35-40 hours
Must be able to commute to the John Deere Harvester facility in East Moline, Illinois or other local John Deere units in the Quad Cities Iowa/Illinois area as needed
