Title: Scrum Master - 62070
As a Scrum Master for the Dealer Operations team, you will act as a "servant leader" of an Expert Services scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. In addition, you will:
Drive tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process
Understand business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks
Work independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues
Select tools, frameworks, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines
Manage one scrum team
Facilitate efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating the work of 1-2 teams
Understands a business unit's products, services and basic business processes, and help determine the role the team can play to support their success
Responsible for teaching and enforcing the values and principles of Agile, while promoting self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work
Identify, track, remove, or escalate impediments to enable team success toward the sprint commitments. Monitors sprint velocity and works with team to determine how they can continue to improve on velocity and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature
Assist with resource allocation and effective capacity planning for team to determine what team can take on in any given sprint

Proven Technical Skills and Experiences
Proven ability & technical knowledge to coordinate & deliver technical solutions
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
Understanding of the technologies & architecture of the product area
Possesses familiarity with multiple technologies, development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages
Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies, Product Knowledge
Proven ability to coach and develop others
Proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
Ability to influence without authority to resolve impediments across teams and products
Ability to plan and execute deployment activities at the team level
Learning Agility / Innovative - desire and openness for continuous technical learning and identifying areas for application
Growth mindset - willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty
Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Coach
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
