Title: Software Analyst - 66255
As a Software Analyst for John Deere World Headquarters, located in Moline, IL, you will be a key team member on the Customer Suite in supporting, troubleshooting, monitoring, managing incidents and occasionally deploying code in support of the offshore Engineering team. In addition, you will:
Support, monitor, troubleshoot, plan maintenance and manages incidents
Evaluate solutions that can improve cost, quality and performance of the Customer Suite Security Evaluation and Monitoring
Investigate data discrepancies in the Customer Space Collaborates
Align work with integrated applications
Work closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs
Work collaboratively with infrastructure, security and other partners
Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation
Execute necessary project documentation as directed

Proven Technical Skills and Experiences
2 or more years of experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security
1 or more years Master Data Experience
4 or more work experience in a team environment
2 or more years of understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development
2 or more years of foundational technical aptitude related to applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints in order to understand and resolve technical impediments
1 or more years of proven deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
2 or more years of experience with software test automation (TDD and Unit Testing Frameworks: Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, Cypress)
2 or more years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
4 or more previous experience in programming/software development/data analyst
Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies, Product Knowledge
Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented
Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
High level proven analytical skills
Eager to develop both his/her own skills and those of others
Experience in technologies in the Customer Suite: REACT, REST Services, SOAP, MQ, Elastic Search, DB2, AWS and a solid understanding of DevOps
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
