Function: Operations

Title: Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator - 79680

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a TPM Coordinator for Harvester Works located in East Moline, IL, you will be responsible for evaluating and driving continuous improvement within the factory TPM process that support the systems and equipment to successfully manufacture Combines and associated Front End Equipment. You will support TPM pillars by providing high level of technical support and team leadership through data analytics, machine performance reviews, and maintenance process documentation and optimization. In addition, you will:

  • Serve as the Maintenance hub/spoke link to the Data and Analytics team at Harvester to drive advancement with our Smart Connected Factory Journey.

  • Collaborate with counterparts and peers across the enterprise to share and apply learnings and best practices

  • Support SAP/PM CMMS use and requirements as a site Subject Matter Expert for improved integration into our business processes

  • Provide skilled trades supervisory support in the absence of the Maintenance Team Leaders

What Skills You Need

  • 4 or more years of experience in the manufacturing equipment maintenance function with responsibilities developing, recommending, and implementing strategies to improve operational availability.

  • 4 or more years of experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases to drive business action. (e.g. CMMS, Business Analytics, IT/OT Integration, and Project Management).

  • Experience participating as a team member in major engineering projects

  • Skilled in using company information systems and processes such as SAP/PM and Microsoft Office Suite

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Skilled in using company information systems and processes such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, or R

  • Deep understanding of the John Deere Quality Production System (JDQPS) and TPM maintenance philosophy's

  • Experience using factory automation tools to enable shop floor data exchange to higher level data analytics systems or interfaces as well as statistical process knowledge

  • Advanced technical degree, CMRP certification, or PMP Certification


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience
