Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Workflow Engineer for the John Deere Dealer Operations program located in Moline, IL or Chicago, IL , you will get a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application in a Fortune 500 company that is regularly ranked among the best companies to work for in the country. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Implementation teams, and Dealers to understand and optimize dealer processes and the flow of information and work through a dealer business system.   • Improve John Deere Dealer Operations (JDDO) workflows to improve dealer processes such as customer service, service requests, sales process

  • Automate and streamline existing tasks and processes

  • Test out new additions in workflow models

  • Analyze how workflow improvements made a positive impact

  • Customer centered focus to deliver a simple end-user experience

  • Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions with Microsoft Dynamics

  • Hands-on development with an agile delivery team dedicated to design, development, and delivery of solutions

  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve our products

What Skills You Need

  • 5+ years of experience with analyzing, translating, and defining business requirements into technical solutions

  • 5+ years of experience with analyzing and solving complex application problems

  • 3+ years of experience with proven workflow automation experience, leveraging modern technology

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Development experience with technologies such as C# and .NET

  • Experience working with end users/customers

  • Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions

  • Skilled in interpersonal communications, and conflict resolution

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related career field
