Your Position:

Your Responsibilities

As a Performance Upgrade Specialist for the Region 4 team located in the Minneapolis area , you will counsel and develop channel partners regarding products, sales, and marketing-related matters to optimize capabilities. In addition, you will...

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with appropriate internal and external workgroups.

  • Execute strategies to achieve sales growth goals for each targeted dealer

  • Support training, clinics, and events for Performance Upgrades at targeted dealerships

  • Align with field teams and other Deere stakeholders to drive adoption of our Performance Upgrade strategy within dealer organizations

What Skills You Need

  • 1 or more year of marketing experience

  • 1 or more years of field sales and/or product support experience

  • 1 or more years of training experience of a non-technical nature

  • Field experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network

  • Ability to identify, develop and deliver training to dealers and end-users

  • Ability to deliver and/or assist with product promotional events

  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with appropriate internal and external workgroups

  • Ability to provide support to product, parts, or services through phone, internet systems, or field reports

  • Ability to provide support to product, parts, or services through phone, internet systems, or field reports

  • Ability to provide assistance and training to company and dealer personnel regarding web-site navigation and on-line applications

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 75%

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Previous experience working directly with dealer channel

  • Working knowledge of planters, sprayers and combines

  • Project management

  • Experience delivering training large audiences

  • Working knowledge of the Build and Price Tool

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management discipline or in a Marketing discipline
