Title: Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, Fargo, ND you will
Provide administrative support to the ISG Electronic Systems leadership team, including meeting and travel scheduling, expense reports, meeting preparation and facilitation, calendar maintenance, and various general clerical tasks
Manage and coordinate business travel for members of the leadership team, including international travel
Organize high-profile, large-scale company events and gatherings
Lead key communication activities including compiling monthly business reports, preparing presentation materials via Microsoft Office, coordinating communication and business meetings between internal and external executives/partners
What Skills You Need
Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience. (4 - 7 years)
Administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, utilizing office equipment and other such clerical activities. (4 - 7 years)
Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools. (4 - 7 years)
Experience maintaining confidential data. (1 - 3 years)
Experience writing, formatting, and editing effective business memos and letters for internal and external communication, including creating and editing tables, columns, and charts. (1 - 3 years)
What Makes You Stand Out
Administrative experience within a large, complex company or organization
Event planning experience
Experience working with travel agencies to manage complicated travel itineraries
Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Admin/Clerical discipline or equivalent experience. - Technical degree or apprenticeship (1-2 years or equivalent)
Miscellaneous degree or equivalent experience. - High School or secondary diploma or equivalent
