Title: Supply Chain Integration Team Lead - 96906

Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Integration Team Lead for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND , you will:

  • Lead a team of SCI Specialists and support the SCI activities for ISG programs originating at ISG-Fargo

  • Lead your team through the implementation of ISG and Enterprise sourcing strategies, meeting EPDP and Enterprise Order Fulfillment process requirements on product cost, schedule, and quality.

  • Partner with Electrification and Electronic Systems module engineering and program management through the EPDP process

  • Lead early integration activities as necessary for critical components and supplier decision analysis.

  • Represent the SCI team in Product Council reviews with ISG Leadership.

What Skills You Need

  • Demonstrated success in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  • Demonstrated success identifying opportunities to create value, efficiency, or cost reduction

  • Experience with the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 3 or more years of experience in Supply Management

  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional team members

  • Knowledge of Quote Form Analysis and Should-Costing Principle

  • Knowledge and experience in the electronics industry


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Degree in a Supply Management, Business/Management, or Engineering/Technology discipline, or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
