Title: Instructional Product Specialist
Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León (MX-NLE) - Garza Garcia
Function: Marketing / Sales

Takes the lead roles to develop/adapt content and training material and activities for classes for technical and optimization training.
Teach Certified Dealer Instructors and mentors less experiences instructors.
Distributes/shares training information with appropriate channel partners, Company personnel, and customers.
Assists/supports channel partners, Company personnel, and customers regarding content and delivery.
Researches various topics through self-development in order to improve individual expertise in both training subject matter/content and delivery skills.
Constructs and maintains training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations and practice exercises.
Documents training and maintains curriculum for Instructor Guide.
Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations.
Makes appropriate changes to course materials and delivery.
Utilizes product knowledge and field experiences to promote and improve product training, system training and training materials.
Responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system.
Work close to DTAC team to include DTAC solutions into regular training classes.
The courses that will be delivered are but is not limited to: John Deere products, service courses, sales courses, diagnostic courses, power systems, ISG and new technologies, company processes (for example: Product Delivery Process).

Availability to travel 50% of the time.

Education (or equivalent experience):
- Mechanic Engineer, Agronomic Engineer, Agriculture Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent experience
