Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst - Monterrey Monterrey

Primary Location: Mexico (MX)- Nuevo Len JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey

Function: Human Resources

Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituacin Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.

Main Responsibilities

Works with unit HR and hiring managers to recruit for assigned functions/units. Builds partnerships with unit HR in support of talent management initiatives. This level administers the internal sourcing process, and external recruiting of candidates for entry-level positions.

What Skills you need

  • Recruits, sources and screens candidates to fill primarily entry-level and internal positions.

  • Assesses customer needs, partners with functional/unit contacts to ensure equitable and efficient hiring practices.

  • Participates on assigned operation staffing project teams for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness and adding value for our enterprise customers.

  • Shares best practices with department team members in order to maintain required service levels.

  • Assists with preparing exempt-level requisition and candidate searches as needed.

  • Leadership.

  • Influence and negotiation capability

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Knowledge of the communication planning process and measurement techniques.

  • Understanding of the business operations and the organizational structure.

  • Skill in planning and organizing.

  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions

  • Knowledge of recruiting and staffing needs and methodologies.

  • Broad human resource knowledge such as compensation, benefits, employee and organizational design, staffing, employee relations, etc.

  • Creativity to generate and propose new recruitment strategies


Bachelors in psychology, Education, Human Resources or equivalent

This position will be posted for a minimum of 7business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
