Title: Wholesale Support Specialist

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León (MX-NLE) - Garza Garcia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with dealers to ensure that the inventory verification process is being carried out as intended.

  • Collect past due accounts.

  • Provide support to the dealers on the use of our inventory verification application.

  • Assist manager in reviewing dealers with critical behavior.

What Skills You Need:

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents and agreements for financial impact.

  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience in a position working with Dealers / Captive customers.

  • Experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment.

  • Average or above proven knowledge of excel.

  • Fluency in Latin American Spanish and English.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Knowledge of dealers/merchants/alliance partners, finance programs and products.

  • Knowledge of credit operations, finance programs, dealer agreements, and related procedures, ideally including the processes followed at John Deere Financial.

  • Experience working in the finance industry.

  • Ability to use various department specific computer programs.

  • Ability to speak Portuguese.

Education: Degree in a Business/Management discipline.

This position is currently eligible for a telework and/or compressed workweek arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes, and remains subject to change.
