Field Support Technician (m/f)
Support customers, dealers and branch-employees with resolution of technical issues in the field. Delivery of training to dealers, branch-employees and customers. This to optimize performance of our machines and to increase customer experience.
Conduct investigations on machines at dealers and customers in the field.
Document issues in a well-structured manner.
Execute measurements and repairs on customer machines.
Support dealers during repairs and with the necessary follow-up.
Optimize machine settings at customers to assure maximum machine performance.
Provide feedback on issues and defects into factory processes.
Support delivery of technical training for dealers, branch-employees and customers in Horst and on location.
You are prepared to travel up to 50% of the time for the above average over the year.
Minimum Vocational Degree in engineering or agriculture.
Good communicator with good knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of German or another language is desired.
You work in a well-structured manner and have good writing skills.
You have knowledge of agriculture production systems and understanding of customer expectations, knowledge of working with sprayers in the field is desired.
As you are supporting a seasonal product, your flexibility in working hours is required in spring, outside spring-time flexible attitude towards labour times is desired.
