Technical Support Specialist DTAC (m/w) Precision Farming
After a thorough introduction into the "world of intelligent agricultural technology", you will provide solutions for customers throughout Europe as part of the customer service department. These are detailed solutions on the topics of GPS-assisted steering systems, mapping and documentation systems, ISO bus applications, telematics and machine control systems. In doing so, you receive technical inquiries from our channel partners and actively participate in the problem resolution. The data will continue to be used internally for the further development and quality improvement of our products. Your task is therefore to work closely with our dealers and with internal departments such as product development, design and quality assurance in Europe and globally. Your task is finished when the customer uses his "intelligent machine" in the field economically and effectively. He is supported by the sales partner and by our competence.
Degree in mechanical / agricultural / electrical engineering, at least a completed apprenticeship as state-certified technician / master
Work experience in relevant areas up to 5 years
Experience in farming or agricultural engineering
Experience in electrical and electronical systems
Experience in roles that required demonstration of strong analytical skills
Problem-solving abilities in complex situations with channel partners and customers
French and English language skills are required, Spanish and German skills are beneficial
Experience with common IT systems and Microsoft Office tools
