Title: Credit Processing Specialist - 39195

Your Responsibilities

As a Credit Processing Specialist for John Deere Financial located in Madison, WI you will respond to and resolve moderately complex service issues and requests. In addition, you will:

  • Perform customer support and account maintenance

  • Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff

  • Enter credit data and financial information and prepare customer credit files. Process credit related change requests

  • Provide purchase authorizations to our dealer network

What Skills You Need

  • 1 or more years of equivalent experience working in a call center or customer service related career field

  • Experience with written and verbal communications, along with a strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, and service quality

  • Multi-tasking experience with multiple products, systems, and processes

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and focus on the needs of the customer and dealer

  • Skilled independent decision making and the ability to make decisions despite limited information

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, positively deal with changes, and demonstrate high personal work standards

  • Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel and the Internet experience

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working in financial services or related customer-oriented environment

  • Knowledge of revolving and installment credit products

  • Knowledge of any of our internal systems - ACAPS, ABtools, Merchant Tooklit, Service Desktop

  • An understanding of the John Deere dealer network and channel

Education (or equivalent work experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Management discipline Medium

POSITION HOURS: Hours of business operation are Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays and Holidays. Target hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
