Title: Supervisor- 2nd Shift - 108607

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor- 2nd Shift for John Deere Atlanta Regional Distribution Center located in McDonough, GA, you will supervise the picking and storage operations. In addition, you will:

  • Encourage and facilitate the process of Continuous Improvement

  • Develop people and processes affectively to help achieve unit goals

  • Maximize customer experience and support objectives aligned with unit, division, and enterprise initiatives

What Skills You Need

  • 1 or more years of experience in one or more manufacturing or warehouse positions

  • 1 or more years of experience leading a team or as a department coordinator

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the willingness to engage with others while managing conflict resolution

  • 1 or more years of experience with delivering on customer expectations

  • 1 or more years of experience collaborating and working with others on key projects

  • Ability to work second shift, overtime and weekends based on business needs

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 1 or more years of experience as a supervisor or facility coordinator

  • 1 or more years of experience working with warehouse control systems

  • 1 or more years of experience working with Customer Service Support.

  • Experience with championing change, planning, organizing, communicating, and establishing goals.

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Degree in a Business/Management or Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent related work experience.
