Deere & Company is seeking a Technology Product Manager in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business functional area or Information Technology or related field plus 2 years related experience, OR 4 years of related experience. Required skills: Completion of Scrum Inc. Registered Scrum Master or Registered Product Owner training and having passed the credentialing exam; experience with Kanban and/or Scrum tool (2 yrs); leadership experience with agile ceremonies (1 yr); experience managing end user operating system testing, pilots, upgrades and ongoing patch management (3 yrs); desktop project management experience on large global scale technology implementations (1 yr); experience managing supplier relationships, including but not limited to: managing SLAs within SOW and contract renewals (2 yrs); experience working through hardware constraints in a global environment (2 yrs). 20-30% remote work allowed. Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite. 20% international and domestic travel required.
