Deere & Company is seeking a Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 4 years related experience. Required skills: Java 11 or above to build microservices using Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Spring security, Hibernate and JPA annotations (3 yrs); Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, AWS cloud formation templates to build reliable, scalable, and inexpensive cloud computing services (2 yrs); Java Script, CSS, jQuery, React JS with Redux to build re-usable and good maintenance services for keeping the application running quickly and dynamically (2 yrs); Docker to containerize the services and Kubernetes to Orchestrate these services (3 yrs); OAuth 2.0 to provide authentication and authorization to RESTFUL services by exchanging JWT tokens (3 yrs); Expertise in OOPS concept and designing data structures and algorithms in a clear, concise, and elegant way using data structures and algorithms (4 yrs); Expertise in using relational database PostgreSQL (4 yrs). 20% remote work allowed. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
