Title: Agile Coach - 77383
As an Agile Coach for End User Support, Mainframe, and Database Services located in Moline, Il, you will be a servant leader of scrum teams, responsible for teaching, coaching, and reinforcing the values and principles of agile. In this role you will lead multiple scrum teams through an agile transformation focusing on improving team effectiveness. You will focus on equipping teams with the tools to continuously improve and deliver value to customers and stakeholders with higher quality.
Serve as an agent of change and as a leader that models and reinforces agile values and continuously build team capabilities .
Coach teams as they apply agile and lean thinking to the specific environments and impediments they face.
Helps teams adapt the agile practices to their situation and help them challenge and improve the existing environment.
Analyze metrics and coach teams to determine how they can continue to improve upon value delivery and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature.
What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
Understanding of Agile development process, methodology, and scaling
2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Experience & Proven ability to coach technical teams, upward coaching and developing others
Proactively identifying impediments and experience overcoming roadblocks (technical & business) at multiple levels of the organization

Experience implementing Design Thinking methodology, mission model canvas, lean canvas, or business model canvas
Understanding of DevSecOps technical practices and associated toolchain
Understanding of the technologies & architecture of Infrastructure & Operations
2+ years people leadership experience
Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Coach, Certified Agile Coach
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Technology/IT discipline or equivalent related work experience
