As an Analyst, Investments for the Pensions & Investments Department with John Deere located in Moline, IL, you will...
Be responsible for all cash management activities of the department including completion of fundings, redemptions, and payments with our investment managers and other third parties, daily reconciliations and forecasting of our cash accounts, and reporting
Execute daily collateral and variation margin movements with counterparties
Assist with accounting and performance reporting for the John Deere Pension Trust and other investment portfolios, including maintenance of databases and preparation of quarterly investment committee reporting

What Skills You Need
3 or more years of experience in Accounting/Finance
Strong attention to detail and high degree of organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze , evaluate, and prioritize information to make decisions in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies or problems and implement appropriate solutions
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility in a situation without being asked; having the confidence to take the first step in unfamiliar circumstances
Ability to quickly and flexibly apply and adapt previous learning to the current situation, work through ambiguity, and multi-task
Excellent communication skills including written and oral
What Makes You Stand Out
Basic understanding of investments, capital markets, and banking practices
Significant experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel expertise
Familiarity with use of data visualization tools, such as Power BI
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance
