Your Responsibilities
As a for Channel Development Project Manager for John Deere Construction Equipment Company located in Moline, IL you will...
Manage several large strategic dealer accounts to develop sustainable business improvements at these dealerships using Dealer Management/A&CS/Dealer Development portfolio products and solutions.
Direct and support the efforts of CDIM’s that increase dealer performance and enable division initiatives through long-term strategic and day-to-day operational assistance and optimization activities.
Establish priorities and consistently communicate and reinforce CF Division, and department direction within the Enterprise.

What Skills You Need
2 or more years working closely with the John Deere dealer channel
2 or more years of computer systems knowledge, such as ERP systems, and/or Microsoft D365
2 or more years of experience with customer support, gathering customer requirements, successful negotiating and selling skills
2 or more years of broad-based business, sales, and marketing skills
Ability to lead and coach others
Ability to work cross functionally with dealers, stakeholders, and colleagues
2 or more years of experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment
A broad background of business experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience working in the John Deere Construction and Forestry dealer channel
Deep understanding of John Deere dealer operational processes
Experience in working with other divisions, departments, and stakeholders to execute strategies and ensure support and commitment to achieve desired results
Experience in account management that created insights into specific business needs and opportunities at dealerships that result in specific solution implementation
2 or more years of computer systems knowledge ideally including the systems used at John Deere
2 or more years of experience with heavy machinery dealer business practices, ideally including the operational practices followed at John Deere dealerships
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Construction Management, Marketing, or an IT discipline
