Function: Information Technology
Title: Infrastructure Analyst - 42000
As an Infrastructure Analyst for Unit 90, located in Moline, IL, you will monitor mainframe, distributed and network hardware and software using well-defined system management processes and tools. In addition, you will:
Recognize problem conditions as they occur and utilize standard operating procedures (SOP) and other available documentation to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with assistance
Identify, analyze and apply information technology and business practices to support strategic business process/plans
Participate in 24x7 support organization requiring bi-monthly shift rotation

What Skills You Need
Must be alert and able to spot problem situations as they occur and react quickly
Capable of working through short-term problems and issues while working with various support groups to develop long-term solutions with assistance
Ability to work off-shift, weekends, and holidays to support a global 24X7 computing environment
Experience working in a Customer Service position/environment
What Makes You Stand Out
Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:
Previous experience in IPN Data Center Support
Experience with computer hardware and operating systems
Experience with MVS, zOS, JES, Mainframe environment, Windows and Unix
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and troubleshooting
Experience in scripting and php programming
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree
