Your Responsibilities

As an Insider Risk Analyst for Deere & Company located in Moline, IL, you will.

Play a crucial role in supporting the protection of Deeres sensitive information from unintentional misuse or malice by trusted users including non-cyber risks and threats. Worldwide and/or regionally support management by maintaining relevant databases, staying abreast of investigation principles, risk intelligence, evolving IT and Non-IT risk behavior indicators, mitigation strategies and detection of potential acts of workplace violence.   • Analyze insider risk data (investigations, intelligence products, open-source databases, and various logs) on a continuous basis to detect, evaluate and mitigate potential risks.

  • Research, prepare and produce situational awareness and warning reports of insider risk trends to guide strategic decision making.

  • Manage and develop internal insider risk training aids, awareness, and course work.

  • Collaborate and engage with multiple stakeholders to support the insider risk strategy.

What Skills You Need

  • Demonstrated understanding of non-cyber investigations framework

  • Advanced experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, VISIO, and other Microsoft tools

  • An ability to act independently, prioritizing and organizing day-to-day tasks and needs, as appropriate

  • Experience in data analysis to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations to enhance information protection

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion

  • Knowledge of adversary targeted intelligence, OPSEC, and non-technical behavioral risk education

  • Demonstrated capabilities to do data analytics and draw risk conclusions based on activities observed

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Technical and non-technical understanding of high-risk employee behavior

  • Experience understanding the insider risk landscape and applying innovative solutions to address risks

  • Working knowledge, provide analysis on investigations involving insiders and support the investigative process

  • Develop strategiesto improve processes and information sharing across teams


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Criminal Justice/Law/Security discipline, in a Business/Management discipline,Government/Public Administration or equivalent degree.
