Title: Leadership & Experience Project Manager - 74162
As a Leadership & Experience Project Manager for John Deere Human Resources , you will provide consulting to engage leaders, ask questions to understand challenges and requirements, and identify customer-centered global leadership development solutions. In addition, you will:
Create and deploy leadership development experience solutions. In doing so, create detailed project plans and timelines to deliver small- and large-scale leadership development products and events
Gather business requirements, lead action mapping, understand industry trends, and partner closely with HR and business leaders to define success
Collaborate closely with HR and business customers, SMEs, and partners to enable business-relevant and well-adapted solutions
Support the design of leadership development solutions and ensure alignment and integration across talent management projects and initiatives
Oversee annual updating, planning, and execution for assigned senior leadership development programs, engage vendors to design program components; facilitate modules and provide coaching to participants as needed.

What Skills Do You Need
3 or more years of experiences providing consulting, trusted advising, or coaching support to internal or external clients at the senior leadership level, in the area of human resources, talent management, or leadership development
2 or more years of experience identifying and creating solutions, process, and tools that build long-term capabilities across leadership levels in a large, multi-national or global firm
2 or more years of experience managing multiple projects and timelines on an ongoing basis related to HR or other strategic initiatives
2 or more years of experience leveraging innovative tools and process that support a team in understanding and using the latest research, benchmarks, and trend within the design and implementation of learning solutions
2 or more years overseeing vendors including contracting, budget management, strategic design, and quality and timeliness or deliverables
Ability to travel up to 25%
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience in communication-related activities, specifically oral and written presentations.
History of successful results acting in a project management position to create and execute cross-functional plans and timelines
Demonstrated understanding of integrated HR processes
Demonstrated change management experience
1 or more years of experience with various Human Resources data and systems
Broad experience with a variety of customers, for example various industries, multiple units, cross-functional teams, or countries/regions
Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning, or Business/Management discipline
