Title: Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor - Third Shift- 86335
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
This is a Third Shift position.
Your Responsibilities
As a Third shift Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor for John Deere Cylinder located in Moline, IL, you will provide maintenance engineering support for factory equipment used to manufacture hydraulic cylinders and supervise the maintenance employees.
Additionally, you will
Respond to production down situations affecting manufacturing and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support to skilled trades
Provide work direction to skilled trades
Identify improvement projects to improve equipment availability

What Skills You Need
2 or more years experience with programing, maintaining or operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) or automated equipment
2 or more years experience with, or supporting, shop floor manufacturing and/or maintenance operations
2 or more years experience communicating across functions (such as:supply management, engineering, operations, and human resources)
Ability and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends based on production needs
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience maintaining the following CNC equipment Mori, Okuma, Doosan and/or EMAG
Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens CNC control systems
Experience with Allen Bradly, Omron, and/or Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting
Experience with John Deere specific manufacturing software JDAAT (John Deere Assembly Tool), Ignition, and PowerBI
SAP PM module experience
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Technology or equivalent work experience
