Title: Part-Time Student-IT-Moline IL - 65982
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.
Note: Due to the COVID, the start date for this position is scheduled for Fall 2020 and could be subject to change depending upon business climate.
Work with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Tableau and Qlikview
Work with web design tools such as SharePoint
Develop workbooks/dashboards to solve business problems with visual solutions
Perform data maintenance activities to improve business processes and server performance
Consult with business stakeholders on visual best practices and standard data techniques
Integrate with various project teams within Business Intelligence & Analytics to promote a culture of data & analytics
What It Takes
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Majoring in Information Technology or related major preferred; others may apply
Must be a full-time student at an accredited university
Must be able to commute to the work location a couple of times weekly or as needed
Graduation date of May 2022 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
A Strong Candidate Will Also Have
Basic knowledge of desktop and web based applications
Experience with data management software such as Tableau, Qlikview, R, SAS or SQL
Completion of software development or data analysis courses
