As a Scrum Masterfor John Deere Information Systemslocated in East Moline, you will.
Accountable for educating, coaching and enforcing the values and principles of Agile, with focus on kanbanand scrum, while promoting self-organization and continuous improvement of our standards of work
Identify, track, remove, or escalate impediments to enable team success toward teamcommitments and increased throughput.
Monitors throughputand works with team to identify opportunities for continuousimprovement invelocity and focusing on additional efficiencies as they mature
Works closely with product owner, engineering manager, and team to proactively balance and prioritize work within a sprint to enable team success toward sprint goal.
Manage 1scrum team.
What Skills You Need
3 or more years of strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
2 or more years of proven ability to coach and develop others
2 or more years of demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience
2 or more years of demonstrated success related to influencing without authority
2 or more years of experience with Agile processes and methodologies.
What Makes You Stand Out
1 or more years of experience with kanban and scrummethodologies and tools
2 or more years of proven ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
2 or more years of proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams
Scrum Master certification from Scrum, Inc or similar
1 or more years knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility.
