Title: Senior Analyst, Aftermarket & Customer Support - 103949

Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Aftermarket & Customer Support (A&CS) for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Create and communicate the financial narrative for A&CS through reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with Equipment Operations accounting and finance organizations to design and create tools to improve insights and business counseling to support our Leap ambitions (Performance Upgrade Kits).

  • Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management (Finance Directors through CFO).

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in financial analysis, including financial modeling and investment decision analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross functional stakeholders at various levels of an organization.

  • Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize complex information.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on ambiguous assignments.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Project management experience or other demonstrations of change management.

  • Demonstrated forward thinking and ability to use data to provide early insights.

  • Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or other relevant degree
