Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for John Deere, you will.
Serve as Worldwide Logistics operational lead on the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) deployment team
Develop work standards and work instructions
Provide strategy and guidance on warehousing layout and design
Execution of core EWM tools
Deployment of extended EWM capabilities
Development of key operational metrics

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
5 or more years of experience being proficient in SAP EWM system or other Warehouse Management systems
5 or more years of experience conducting time studies
5 or more years of experience creating work standards
5 or more years of experience creating work instructions
5 or more years of Proficient user of SAP system
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
5 or more years of experience with problem-solving skills
5 or more years of experience with strong communication skills
5 or more years of experience with being team oriented
5 or more years of experience with collaboration experience
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent related work experience
