As a Software Engineer for Digital Aftermarket, Customer Product Support located in Moline, IL, you will….
Perform hands-on development as part of an agile delivery team dedicated to design, development and delivery of solutions to bring disparate data together and generate machine footprint
Build a learning system of structured data to create 360-degree view of a machine that captures symptoms, problems and solutions
Run analytics and create Tableau reports to derive necessary insights
Implement Machine Learning to be able to perform predictive analysis
Root cause, debug, and fix complex application issues and lead prevent recurrence initiatives within the Product's code base
Participate in Agile planning ceremonies
What Skills You Need
1 or more years of experience working with Python / R / Pandas / Tableau
1 or more years of experience with Agile delivery processes
1 or more years of experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration
1 or more years of experience working with public cloud technologies
What Makes You Stand Out
Capable of collaborating with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Working experience dealing with Data Volume, Velocity and Variety will be beneficial
Working experience / understanding of REST API & DevOps practices
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics or equivalent experience in a related career field.
