Title: Tax Manager - 77332
As a Tax Manager for Deere & Company located in Moline, IL, you will….
Utilize knowledge of tax law to prepare and review corporate tax returns and supporting schedules
Apply knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), especially ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes
Research and analyze complex tax issues and monitor developments in tax law
Manage income tax audits

What Skills You Need
8 or more years of previous accounting or finance experience
7 or more years of experience in corporate tax matters
Experience meeting critical compliance timelines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and requirements and delivering on commitments to stakeholders
Ability to perform tax research
Excellent communication skills including written, oral and presentation capabilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties
Ability and willingness to travel minimally
What Makes You Stand Out
- 10 or more years of previous corporate tax experience
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance discipline
