Function: Marketing / Sales

Title: Distance Learning Training Coordinator - 54382

Your Responsibilities

As a Distance Learning Training Coordinator for John Deere located in Olathe, Kansas, you will support users on John Deere University (JDU) systems. In addition, you will:

  • Moderate/teach selected courses

  • Provide live support for Distance Learning Classrooms (DLC)

  • Perform SharePoint maintenance on training sites

  • Support the training mailbox

  • Provide Widen support to development teams

  • Provide support to training delivery teams with various initiatives

What Skills You Need

  • Experience training others

  • Experience working in customer support

  • Proficient use of desktop applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Experience working in a team environment

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working with John Deere University (JDU) or equivalent technology

  • Experience training others

  • Experience using distance learning technology/techniques

Education (or equivalent work experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent discipline
