Title: Manager, On-Site Sales Training - 96604

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Manager, On-Site Sales Training for the John Deere Agriculture & Turf Marketing & Sales division located in Orlando, FL, you will lead sales training team on-site location and staff. In addition, you will:

  • Manage budget and revenue projections for the site.

  • Partners with Online team lead, Equipment Logistics Manager, and Curriculum Architects executing Instructor-Lead Sales Training.

  • Manage relationship, lease and site logistics with the landlord.

  • Lead team in the execution of sales training development and delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

  • Knowledge of and ability to lead others in development and delivery of John Deere Ag & Turf and Precision Ag Technology Solutions.

  • Ability to build and retain relationships in high stress environments.

  • Manage and develop a team of diverse talent.

  • Balance multiple complex requirements and situations simultaneously.

  • Manage and execute a budget and revenue forecast.

  • Demonstrated planning and follow through execution in complex situations.

  • Ability up travel up to 25% domestically.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in ECAP 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0 Space.

  • Experience working as a field manager calling on dealers (ECAP 4.0).

  • Experience working with Precision Ag technology.

  • Ability to work long hours in the central Florida outdoor environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop talent.

Education Details

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors Degree.
