Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Order Management Specialist
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Provide timely logistic information about spare parts to dealers.
Prioritize, analyze and resolve dealer inquiries via ticket system and phone.
Collaborate with sales offices, supply chain departments, carriers, and international teams.
Address and follow up on customer issues.
Create and optimize reports.
Manage delivery data for various order types.
Offer extended support during the harvest season, including weekends and after hours.
Coordinate special transports between logistic providers, dealers, and warehouse operations.
Develop and deliver training for sales partners and dealers, with occasional travel.
Initiate projects to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
Expanding role as Critical Parts Management supporter after successful onboarding and first season in Order Management.
Our requirements:
Economical or logistical education (e.g., logistics degree holders).
Suitable for recent graduates, ideally with first work experience and additional training in logistics, customer support or spare parts.
Excellent English and PC skills (MS Office).
Analytical thinking, confident attitude and a solution-oriented, independent working style, enjoying interdisciplinary work.
Strongly motivated person, highly collaborative and able to influence without authority.
Effective conflict management and high resilience in stressful situations.
Friendly and open person with professional skills set dealing with customers.
Open to visit events or drive dealer events with content.
Team player adjusting and organizing working hours based on operating hours to our customers.
Being flexible to have two workplaces. BSC Poznań as main office and Tarnowo Podgórne being onside with other technical and training teams. (2/3 Poznań, 1/3 Tarnowo Podgórne).
Flexibility during the harvest season with on-call duty until 6:00 PM.
Nice to have:
Knowledge about ERP systems (SAP).
Experience in implementing and testing new processes, systems and tools.
