Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Specialist
in Order Processing
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Collaborates with factories on complete goods product availability to ensure Dealer delivery schedule dates are met
Sources orders to factories, informs Dealers and Sales Branches of orders status
Coordinates product delivery with forwarders
Manual invoicing in SAP
Work closely with Dealer network, Sales Branches, and other JD departments across Europe
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements
Our requirements:
Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing
Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills
University graduate
Very good in English is a must, French or German – nice to have
Speaking German or France as second language (nice to have)
Adapting easily and focusing on customer
Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills
Nice to have:
- Speaking German or French as second language
