In accordance with the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center office in Poznan we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

SUPERVISOR OF INTERNET COORDINATOR'S TEAM

Workplace: Poznan

What You’ll Do

As Internet Coordinator’s Supervisor you will manage and develop your team, which includes employees' support & training and monitoring of work results.

In addition, you will:

  • lead the team during the day to day work

  • track status of projects with the help of a tracking tool

  • prioritize work packages in close collaboration with our corporate team

  • coordinate tasks for the team

  • support our workflow tracking tool by servicing as the main point of contact for vendors, new people requesting access to the tool, onboarding new people to the tool

  • document and describe processes in the department

  • ensure the high level of services for the country units

  • report on the department's work

What It Takes

We need an excellent communicator in English both written and verbal, who thrives on solving problems and working in a global team environment.

We also require:

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication

  • people leadership experience

  • experience in working as an administrator of a workflow tracking tool would be an advantage

  • good organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • creativity and thinking out-of-the-box

  • ability to make decisions based on department policy/criteria with minimal supervision

  • very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
