Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznan we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

What You’ll Do

This position collaborates with business leaders to generate insights and answer business questions by using analytics techniques such as advanced data visualization, statistical analysis, and others. Proposes innovative ways to look at problems by using these approaches on available enterprise data such as Enterprise Workforce plan information interprets developments and provides insights to Leadership.

Directly supports the R2 Sales&Marketing organization as Workforce Planner. Works together with the R2 HR-Team providing insights using analytical methods and visualization techniques to support decision making.

Working together with the R2 HR-departments on questions around general awareness, gathering and usage of HR-data.

May lead HR-projects primarily with focus on R2 or selected countries within R2.

Main tasks

  • Working together with R2 HR-Leadership and all L3-Leaders with a footprint in R2 on providing accurate data and insights on the development and execution of the Enterprise Workforce Plan for R2.

  • Supporting R2 HR using and acting on HR-scorecards

  • Working together with R2-Sales&Marketing Organization in the planning, development and execution of the respective workforce plan.

  • Cooperating with the data Governance Council and Data Wranglers.

  • Applies analytical techniques to prospect for business insights and find patterns in data which could be valuable for the business.

What It Takes

  • University degree in Business Administration with focus on HR, Accounting

  • Good skills in verbal and written communication - working with managers and leaders in explaining, focusing and interpreting data and translation into business relevant aspects

  • Understanding of the Deere organization

  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality

  • Willingness to travel (Regular travel to Mannheim Regional Center ( once per month) is required)

  • Creativity and proactivity

  • Work ethic & good manners
