Your Position:

DUTIES:This position will work on development, deployment and maintenance of softwarefor our Asset Management product team. Major duties that will be performed by this role are: *Designs, Develops and Deploys the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog *Determines the size of user stories. *Creates Automated Unit-tests, Integration tests and automated test scripts and executes all other testing-related tasks against a user story's acceptance criteria. *Executes necessary documentation, as directed, or needed. *Works closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs; *Works collaboratively with infrastructure, security and other partners to resolve integrations needs. *Act as owner of the technology integration points between various vendor systems and internal applications. *Acts as a mentor on PEGA for all the IT resources within the technology group and actively contributes in establishing Centre of Excellence for PEGA at JDF Global IT India. *Communicates progress to various stakeholders as part of the Scrum Ceremonies. *Provides help with process/system break/fix support and helps implement critical process/system enhancements of high complexity *Follows industry-standard agilesoftware design methodology for development and documentation. ;

REQUIRED:We need an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems, continuous improvement and working in an Agile team environment. The individual should have sound understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints. He/She should be able to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions. Below are the details of required skills: *PEGA CSA, CSSA Certification *Extensive Hands on development & implementation experience of large PEGA applications. *Expert Level Understanding of various PEGA Rules - Ex: UI, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences *Extensive experience in PEGA integration using RESTful calls, SSO integration, APIs *Extensive Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP) *Hands on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities by following best practices *Application Security concepts, Integration and their error handling *PEGA performance tuning/optimization experience. *Strong knowledge of Cloud based solutions, particularly AWS and their different tools. *Understanding of Agile and XP practices. *Strong analytical skills. *Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution. *Demonstrated work experience in a team environment ;

DESIRED:*Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, Frameworks, Core Design Patterns& J2EE Design Patterns, UML & Object Oriented Design concepts *Knowledge of PostgreSQL. *Experience in Asset Management Solutions *Experience in leading aTeam of Technical Developers. *Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience. ;

EDUCATION:*Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
