*As a software Engineer in Customer and Product Support IT, individual will work with global Product Owner and product team to implement and support global product. This will require configuration and development of solution as per the needs identified by business product owners.
Work closely with product scrum teams and product owners on the analysis of business needs, design, configuration and development of a global product.
Participates in evaluation and implementation of design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance of applications.
Recommends and implements standard out of box solutions and frameworks to build robust solutions that meet business needs.
Work on understanding requirements, apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy solutions of high complexity
Leads evaluation and implementation of design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance of applications
Recommends, influences and implements standard out of box solutions and frameworks to build robust and scalable solutions
Strong understanding of software development to draw out specifications for integrated solutions
Drives collaboration across teams and business stakeholders across products
Follows Agile software design methodology for software configuration and development
Maintains system documentation and keeps it relevant as needed
Provides production support for the product including all integrations and customizations
Manages priorities and influences them to achieve business objectives
Mentors and teaches others in the team to build technical capabilities and good software engineering practices
4+ years of Experience in Search Technology like Solr/Fusion/Elastic Search.
Knowledge of technical practices like TDD and software automation
Understanding of application development, database, and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
Ability to work in a cross-functional, flexible, and collaborative team with minimal work direction
Understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development
Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to collaborate with scrum teams and business product owners to provide information technology solutions
Skilled in interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution
Good understanding of following Agile software development practices
*Experience of AWS
*Information technology experience - 4 - 7 years
*Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD
Degree in Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) e.g. B.E. / MCA or equivalent.
