Title: Vendor Master Coordinator

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila (MX-COA) - Ramos Arizpe

Function: Supply Management / Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

The Vendor Master Coordinator, will support the consistent use of common Vendor Master process and tools to facilitate the proper utilization of established procedures. This position will provide primary support for the Vendor Master process and will provide View Extender support for additional Central Parameter activities. This position is critical to ensuring that Vendor Master and Material Master Parameters are legally compliant and are set up to support Unit Globally.

What Skills You Need:

  • English Fluent 100%

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and concepts, such as BOM structure and production planning strategies on MRP utilization.

  • Knowledge and application of Supply Management Processes and tools such as Supplier Add/Change Process, AUTOEXTEND functionality /alignment and Business Objects/SAP query knowledge.

  • Knowledge on VBA scripting, Tableau or Power BI.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • 1+ years of information technology experience and/or business experience.

  • 1+ years of engineering experience.

  • 1+ years of manufacturing and/or operations experience.

  • Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.


Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, or a similar discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
